Tasks:

  • Lead the team of Content Designers and eLearning Specialists to ensure high quality delivery of training and knowledge materials to the Frontline
  • Map out and align content plans for complex projects together with key stakeholders
  • Work to ensure Content Experience is understood and supported by the operations through high-quality work, a pragmatic viewpoint and a collaborative approach, as well as clear KPI achievements
  • Secure a strong relationship with Frontline Training to ensure content design deliverables meet business need (in time and delivery method) and support a smooth delivery of classroom training where needed
  • Build sustainable, lasting relationships with Agencies through clear briefings, expectation management and timeline alignment
  • Lead by example: Own the development and implementation of content from start to finish: working with product/project managers on content requests, Communications Specialists on related News articles, Instructional Designers on development of digital training materials and Trainers to ensure accurate and consistent delivery

Requirements:

  • University degree in Communication / Media
  • +3 years in a leadership position or similar
  • An ability to achieve in cross-functional projects
  • Clear and demonstrated strength in Stakeholder- and Project Management
  • Ability to write concise, easy to read texts, “scripts”, as well as translate technical information into digestible content
  • Agent experience and/or didactical/communications understanding an advantage
  • English/German, any other additional language an advantage
