Responsiblities:

  • Re-design and execute the Workday Talent Management module to support program design for annual Talent, Succession Planning processes

  • Facilitate communications and training activities that effectively translate Talent Management business process and systems into easily understandable programs

  • Support HRMs in Succession Planning, provide transparency, educate on process and method for local succession reviews

  • Develop talent management policies and programs to meet training needs of employees

  • Support concepts, tools and processes for talent management talent relationship management of defined talent pool employees

  • Collaborate with L&D team, Talent Operations, HRBP’s third party vendors, and others to develop implementation plans for the talent strategies that have been developed

  • Analyze and pilot the efficiency of the talent management process

  • Establish operational excellence across Talent Management to improve the quality and efficiency of business processes, system processes and decision making

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Manager o similar role

  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle talent management initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with Talent Management and HR databases

  • Good team-management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
