YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Creation of Job descriptions and posting on our different platforms to attract candidates
•Conducting screenings and scheduling interviews for the Talent Acquisition Partner and the Hiring Managers
•Responding to candidates’ applications in a timely manner
•Be involved in a full recruitment process and support the candidates through their interview, recruiting and hiring process
•Proceed to sourcing on LinkedIn for specific positions when required
•Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner with HR administrative daily tasks
•Supporting the Employer Branding Team with organising and attending Universities events
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
•You are graduated or you have a University degree ideally in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent in progress
•You have ideally a first relevant work experience in recruitment/HR or in a corporate environment.
•You are very organised and structured, with a hands-on-mentality and a pro-active mindset.
•You are people-oriented, excellent communicator and customer-oriented
•You are dynamic and able to meet deadlines
•You are a team player, energetic and ready to learn
•You are fluent in German and English, French is a plus
