Tasks:

  • Commission run execution and operational process of monthly payouts for telesales populations
  • Responsible for the scope events (commissioning models) configuration and proper maintenance in case of changes
  • Operate and maintain changes in beqom (commissioning tool) related to sales area, e.g. new entries of partners
  • Single point of contact for the internal sales channels for any beqom related questions for telesales partners and their managers
  • Interface to IT and beqom in case of technical issues and related defects. Support commissioning projects requirements, UAT’s and regression tests
  • Close collaboration with IT, sales and marketing regarding new commissioning projects, models or products

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in commissioning
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills and high level of networked thinking
  • Experience with IT systems (e.g. Office, SAP)
  • Ideally experience in telco business and knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • German and English both written and spoken
