Tasks:
- Commission run execution and operational process of monthly payouts for telesales populations
- Responsible for the scope events (commissioning models) configuration and proper maintenance in case of changes
- Operate and maintain changes in beqom (commissioning tool) related to sales area, e.g. new entries of partners
- Single point of contact for the internal sales channels for any beqom related questions for telesales partners and their managers
- Interface to IT and beqom in case of technical issues and related defects. Support commissioning projects requirements, UAT’s and regression tests
- Close collaboration with IT, sales and marketing regarding new commissioning projects, models or products
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in commissioning
- Good analytical and conceptual skills and high level of networked thinking
- Experience with IT systems (e.g. Office, SAP)
- Ideally experience in telco business and knowledge of Agile Methodology
- German and English both written and spoken
