Tasks:

  • to define the future of Business Voice in a dynamically changing environment
  • to guide business customers through their journey to top of class workplace user experiences (UX), helping them to attract the best talents and shaping flawless business processes with (hybrid-) cloud products
  • to ensure a seamless integration of applications and managed services on top of Switzerland’s best landline & mobile network
  • to own the product roadmap and to have P&L responsibility for new installations and the installed base in the Sunrise network
  • to ensure direct customer and vendor touch, just like effective communication with internal stakeholders (Marketing, (Pre-)Sales, Customer Onboarding & Support, Digital UX, Infrastructure & Technology, IT, Finance/Controlling)

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ Product Management or product experience in a similar role
  • Experience in (Agile) Product Development (Product Owner / SCRUM Master)
  • Business Case Modelling, Roadmap Ownership, Financial KPIs
  • Cloud PBX; SIP Trunking
  • Swiss market know-how (B2B market, competitors, vendors, partners, trends)
  • Presales and/of product support experience
  • Very good command of German and English (written & spoken); French and Italian would be advantageous
