Tasks:

  • Advocate for the customer:you’re passionate about bringing in the customer view, analyzing pain points within existing customers base and create world-class customer experience
  • Drive customer satisfaction: create the right journey and processes to for customers to move products and/or brands. Your marketing and business experience helps you create concepts to maximize value for both the company and the customer
  • Think analytical: you’re an expert in design thinking methods as well as data-driven decision making
  • Show Ownership: your business acumen and analytical skills enable you to own and drive the requirements and the backlog of your CRM processes and tools
  • Manage projects and squads:you use your self-organization skills to handle projects and to drive a multi-departmental squad in a matrix organisation Deliver on the strategy and targets by ongoing reporting and analysis of customer base development and performances. Derive actions from it to reach targets
  • Corporate & business-level strategy: Contribute to corporate & business-level strategy by work closely with senior executives across functions – such as product, sales, marketing, and finance – to set strategy and drive key business initiatives
  • Operational excellence: Help and enable our sales channels to deliver operational excellence and outstanding sales performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years in CRM, project management or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses
  • Experience in Telecommunications, or related industries is a plus
  • Minimum 2+ years as a product owner in an agile organization
  • Proven track record of bringing complex CRM or CX projects to life

  • Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports/action plans
  • Great interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report to and persuade different management levels, including senior management
  • Fluent in German and English. French and/or Italian are an asset
