We are looking for an Office Administration / CAFM Specialist to join our growing global head office in Zug, Switzerland.

You will work closely with the Facility and Office Management teams and will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support, data management, employee training and lead the implementation of the new CAFM system for the Partners Group Campus which will open in 2024.

  • Participation in setting up and implementing the new CAFM system
  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Data Management / Order processing via CAFM system
  • Contract filing (Sirion Labs / eProcurement)
  • KPIs & Energy management
  • Support of the team in the administrative and organizational area
  • Documentation adaptation and creation of user documentation and concepts in case of innovations / changes
  • Creation of CAFM news for the users (news, reminder, etc.)
  • Communication and exchange of information with different areas and departments, coordination of adjustments and changes
  • Projects initiation and execution of CAFM related (follow-on) projects
  • Independently develop new concepts, system enhancements, application improvements, etc.; collaborate on conceptual issues/problems when introducing new modules and functionalities
  • Coordination and review of the maintenance contract with the system manufacturer
  • Testing new versions / functionalities identifying changes and formulating / implementing measures, creating test lists
  • Training of employees
What we expect

  • Federal VET Diploma in Commerce preferably with experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or Information Systems or a comparable education
  • Affinity for IT systems ideally CAFM
  • Ability to coordinate the concerns of different departments
  • Customer oriented, very good communication, moderation, and documentation skills, autonomous, leadership skills, solution-oriented
  • Self-initiated, team player and flexibility, having fun mastering new challenges
  • Good manners and a flair for an international environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
