We are expanding our Data Team and are looking for a Data Analyst to look into recruiters onsite behaviour and develop a deep understanding of their real needs – particularly in the SME segment. Your Tasks

  • Business understanding and impact: Proactively engage in constant dialogue with business partners – with a focus on Small & Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) – to solidly understand and impact their roadmaps and priorities
  • Quantitative analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc, to support day-to-day decision making
  • Deep dive analyses: Perform analytical deep dives for key business questions (visualizations, data mining, clustering, predictive models, …)
  • Prepare business cases to identify market opportunities and support business partners in the Budgeting/Forecasting process
  • Expand and improve KPIs and performance metrics with a focus on Small & Medium Sized Enterprises in close collaboration with business partners and data engineers
  • Specify data requirements and prioritize them by liaising with internal KPI owners
  • Creatively visualize KPIs and performance metrics in clear and concise dashboards (Tableau)
  • Self-Service Business Intelligence Support our BI Expert in our SSBI project, which aims at empowering employees to execute basic analyses themselves, including trainings

Your skills

  • A curious person with a blend of data mining and analytical skills, and a deep interest in data visualization
  • Interested in understanding the business and driving performance
  • Able to work independently in a cross-functionally environment
  • Degree in business with a quantitative focus, computer science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable role (digital environment preferred)
  • Proven DWH/BI skills (AWS & Tableau preferred)
  • Solid SQL and Excel skills; Python/R nice to have
  • English is a must. German and French an asset

  • CHF 68’000: this is a minimum salary you can expect for this position. Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 110’000 and 120’000.
