Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and implementation of the content from start to end
  • Map out and align content plans together with key stakeholders
  • Identify new/updated content needs and integrating them into existing channels/tools and training materials
  • Write the base content used for training, knowledge and communication materials, specifying (where relevant) what belongs in which channel
  • Align with Communications to build content delivery plan and communications strategy with associated activities (especially for larger topics)
  • Meet with the Training and Quality teams regularly to understand knowledge gaps/misunderstandings that need to be addressed in the content
  • Train the Trainers on new/updated materials and provide details on what content has changed on a regular basis
  • Attend trainings once content has been developed to see how content is landing and amend content based on unclarities and commonly occurring questions

What we are looking for in an applicant:

  • First experiences in Project Management
  • Clear and demonstrated strength in Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to write concise, easy to read texts, “scripts”, as well as translate technical information into digestible content
  • Attention to detail, high quality expectations
  • Agent experience and/or didactical/communications understanding an advantage
  • English/German, any other additional language is an advantage
